Cantaloupe is incredible for your immune system, and kiwis protect the DNA in the nucleus of your cells.
The raspberries are packed with disease-fighting antioxidants, and the iron, magnesium, and calcium in the
spinach are great for you, too. This smoothie a bit sweet and tart, and you may not even notice the spinach
except as a background note.
• 1/4 cantaloupe, peeled and seeded • 1 cup raspberries
• 2 kiwis, peeled• 2 cups spinach
The cantaloupe and kiwis should provide plenty of juice to make the smoothie, but if you’d prefer it
thinner, just add a bit of water. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
Yield: About 3 cups.
